Under the plain language of § 1437f(o), Harvey’s termination rights were limited only during the term of the Hayes family’s lease.7 Harvey did not seek a midterm eviction. He sought to terminate the Hayes family’s tenancy upon the natural expiration of their lease term. Therefore, in order for us to find that the enhanced voucher provision precludes Harvey’s termination through nonrenewal, we would need to apply the termination provision in a way that departs from its application to the ordinary voucher provision.8
