On this form, he confirmed the termination of subsidy due to ineligibility and “moving to market rent.” The effective date is given as 2/28/14, although the document does not specify to which one or more of the four letters described above it was related, and it does not identify any amount of rent. The “Anticipated Voucher Date” is given as 12/01/2014. There is no waiver of the right to 30-day notice of rent increase.
