250 contends that the lease implicitly waives section 1950.7 because section 6.A states that the deposit is to be returned within 45 days after the later of the surrender of the premises or the date the lease is terminated in accordance with the lease, and section 6.B states that the letter of credit is to have a final termination date 60 days beyond the scheduled termination date of April 9, 2005. The termination date specified in a letter of credit that is to be renewed annually during the term of the lease would need to be a date on or after the end of the scheduled lease term. Thus, that the letter of credit would not by its terms expire before the end of the scheduled term of the *722
