The lease agreement unambiguously states that the lease’s termination date is April 1, 1998. The additional term requiring that the tenant remain for six months is not in contradiction with the termination date. Hanline first leased the premises on October 2. The period between October 2 and April 1 is six months. Even construing the lease agreement’s terms against Carlstrom, there is no ambiguity. Just Cause Eviction
