In its order, the district court uses the term "writ of restitution.” However, in 1998, the unlawful detainer statute was repealed and replaced with Minnesota Statutes chapter 504B, the current eviction statute. As a result of these changes, instead of referring to a "writ of restitution,” the correct statutory term is "writ of recovery.” 2
