340 charsOfficer Julie Rauenhorst testified that she is very familiar with appellants and the other residents of the apartment, that the police had made 40 contacts with appellants’ apartment throughout the course of their tenancy, and that Artravis alone had been the subject of 22 contacts where either a citation was issued or a report was filed.
