343 charsThe judgment is reversed only as to the award of damages and accrued interest pursuant to § 47a-21 and the award of attorney’s fees pursuant to CUTPA, and the case is remanded with direction to recalculate those awards in accordance with this opinion. The judgment is affirmed in all other respects. In this opinion the other judges concurred.
