401 charsJustice Moreno’s concurring and dissenting opinion cites Cervantes for the proposition that proof of a bona fide intent may not necessarily establish good faith when the landlord seeks to evict the tenant for a reason not specified in section 1942.5, subdivision (d). (See conc. & dis. opn., post, at p. 608.) Since this case does involve subdivision (d), the dissent’s analysis is not pertinent here.
