¶11 This Court reviews the findings of a trial court sitting without a jury to determine if they are clearly erroneous. M. R. Civ. P. 52(a); Solem v. Chilcote, 274 Mont. 72, 76, 906 P.2d 209, 211-12 (1995). A district court’s findings are clearly erroneous if they are not supported by substantial credible evidence, if the court misapprehended the effect of the evidence, or if a review of the record leaves this Court with the definite and firm conviction that a mistake has been committed. Solem, 274 Mont. at 76, 906 P.2d at 212. We review a district court’s conclusions of law to determine if they are correct. Solem, 214 Mont. at 76, 906 P.2d at 212. DISCUSSION
