¶10 Summers sued for wrongful withholding of the security deposit, based on the Security Deposits Act, violations of the Landlord and Tenant Act, lack of mitigation efforts, and misleading language *127contained in the written lease agreement.1 Following a bench trial, the District Court entered findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment on August 7,2009, awarding Crestview recovery of $9,442.36 with interest and costs.
