That the tenant also had legal self-help rights under General Statutes §§ 47a-13 and 47a-14h is irrelevant. At least on their face, those sections appear to apply, respectively, only to a landlord’s failure to supply “essential services” or to comply with the provisions of General Statutes § 47a-7. Interference with a tenant’s parking space would not appear to come within those provisions.
