The trial court relied on Atlantic Refining Co. v. O’Keefe, 131 Conn. 528, 41 A.2d 109 (1945), when dismissing the tenant’s CUTPA counterclaim as “not actionable” because “[ejounterclaims seeking money damages are not permitted in summary process actions.” The trial court did not explicitly address the tenant’s request for equitable relief, which was included in the counterclaim.
