427 charsOn August 23, 2000, the Board filed a demurrer, arguing that the Association’s legal theories were without merit. The Association filed opposition. On September 28, 2000, the matter was heard and taken under submission. On October 25, 2000, the trial court issued its ruling, sustaining the demurrer without leave to amend.
