Minneapolis Code of Ordinances Title 7 (Civil Rights) § 139.20.

Status with regard to public assistance: The condition of being a recipient of federal, state or local assistance, including
medical assistance, or of being a tenant receiving federal, state or local subsidies,
including rental assistance, or rent supplements.

Undue hardship: With respect to reasonable accommodations and religious accommodations, a situation
requiring significant difficulty or expense when considered in light of a number of
factors, determined on a case-by-case basis and specific to the area of discrimination.
