. While there is no dispute that the tenant made the lump sum payment required under the agreement, the landlord disputes that the tenant made the payment timely. The record reflects that the tenant tendered a check in open court for the lump sum amount due on September 25, 2001, which was one week later than the time provided for in the agreement. The trial court permitted the late payment to be made and quashed the writ. In light of our disposition, we need not decide whether the tenant's failure to pay the sum due by the date set in the agreement foreclosed the permanent quashing of the agreement. 9 . See
