Following a hearing on the motion, the trial court (Judge Blackburne-Rigsby) granted the landlord’s motion and entered an order allowing a writ to issue and providing that “[d]efendant shall have no right to redemption with respect thereto.” The tenant filed a notice of appeal from that order.
