Before the Court is Respondent's motion for civil contempt pursuant to
§§733 and 734 of the Judiciary Law for Petitioner's alleged failure to comply
with this Court's order dated May 1, 2025 (hereinafter "May Decision") (NYSCEF Doc.
33). For the foregoing reasons, Respondent's motion is granted in part.
Facts and Procedural History
The New York City Housing
Authority-Seth Low Houses (hereinafter "Petitioner") commenced this nonpayment
