572 charsMs. Alden argues that there was no evidence presented that the holes in the wall were fixed or that she should be responsible for them. However, Mr. Richardson’s contractor testified that he saw the large holes in the wall and the claim was for their repair. If Ms. Alden disputed that they were ever repaired, or what the reasonable value of the repair should have been, she needed to have presented that evidence at the hearing. She did not.
