applies only where the terms of a contract are equally susceptible to two different meanings. Such is not the case here. When paragraphs 9, 10 and 24 are read together, they clearly delineate the insurance obligations of the landlord and the tenant. Each of the parties is required to provide specific types of insurance. And the tenant is responsible for any increase in the cost of the landlord’s obligation resulting from the tenant’s existing business or any other business which the landlord may permit the tenant to operate on the premises.
