296 charsOn the other hand, though we agree with Tenant that Landlord cannot immediately serve a retaliatory 30-day notice to quit, we disagree with Tenant insofar as she claims the service of a notice within that 60-day period is prohibited even if the expiration date falls after the end of that period.
