Each of Madison’s several objections to this ' instruction stems from the fact that the judge did not also submit to the jury the question whether Camalier had itself .violated the lease by failing to relocate the shop in the office building. The central theme of Madison’s argument is that even if Madison broke the contract and wrongfully evicted Camalier, any injury to its possessory rights must be measured and limited by the consideration that it was entitled to remain on the premises only for five days after rendition- of a notice of termination.
