The premises subject to the lease were described therein as a portion of the main lobby floor of the hotel designated on an attached drawing, “together with the store fixtures, equipment and furnishings provided and installed by [Madison].” Display and storage capacity were important because fl 1(E) of the lease bound Camalier to “maintain in the demised premises a complete line of merchandise usually carried by the operator of a ‘news stand and gift shop’ in a first class downtown hotel, and at all times during the term hereof, [to] keep the premises reasonably stocked with merchandise. . . ”
