469 charsWe need not decide here whether the dismissal of a complex summary process case is still required in court locations which do not have a housing division and thus where General Statutes § 47a-70 (a) does not apply; or whether the legislative policy declared by that section may be used as the basis for the court to take similar action. We note, however, that most of the more populous judicial districts now have housing divisions. See General Statutes § 47a-70 (a). 9
