407 charsWhen a unit is intended to be sold to family within the fourth degree of kindred but the sale is not executed within six months of the final permit being issued, or if said family member does not maintain ownership for at least two years after the sale. The owner shall submit proof of filing of the master deed and proof of sale of each unit to review board staff within thirty days of each occurrence. (D)
