514 charsCondominium/cooperation eviction. No owner shall seek or conduct a condominium or cooperative eviction against a tenant in occupancy of a housing accommodation at the time the notice of conversion was served or should have been served pursuant to section 7-64(a)(2) above until the expiration of the notice period required therein. Failure of the owner to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute a defense in a summary process action against such tenant(s). (d) Tenant right to purchase. (1)
