430 charsWhere an owner, who bought a property in good faith, is bringing a non-permitted condo conversion that was required to be permitted into compliance with the condo conversion ordinance, there shall be no tenant right to purchase under this ordinance unless said owner owns more than two (2) units in the same housing accommodation. All other tenant rights, notification requirements and relocation fee requirements shall apply. (e)
