649 charsD. Filing of Termination Notices and Unlawful Detainer Summons and Complaints. The landlord shall file with the Board a copy of any notice of termination, notice to quit, and summons and complaint, no later than three business days after the tenant has been served with such notice or summons and complaint. The Board may provide an email address to which the landlord may send any notice of termination, notice to quit, and summons and complaint.
