ii)    With the exception of residential driveways and common driveways,
                       parking facilities shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from all
                       boundary lines to provide a buffer area from abutting lots and shall also
                       comply with the location requirements set forth below in Notes 5(b)(i) and
                       5(c)(i). The buffer areas shall consist of permeable surfaces and shall be
                       appropriately landscaped in accordance with Article V, Section-5(C).
