424 charsThe plaintiffs finally gained the apartment, and in addition, with the settlement and the damages awarded under this revision, will have received a total of about $43,000 in damages plus the return of the security deposit. We consider that total amount to be fair, reasonable, and fully adequate under the particular circumstances in this case. The parties shall bear their own costs. Affirmed As Modified By This Opinion. 1
