510 charsThe trial court’s judgment on tenant’s counterclaim is affirmed. The trial court’s judgment on landlord’s damage claim for $2,500 is reversed only to the extent of attorney’s fees, and the cause is remanded for the purpose of assessing landlord’s reasonable attorney fees.
