387 chars¶14 While the lawfulness of his eviction is not at issue, the absence of evidence that Mr. Drake was notified of his ouster calls into doubt the legitimacy of the court’s finding that Mr. Drake “had no legal right to reside at the address.” CP at 91. It therefore impacts the mens rea element. In fact, there is no other evidence to support an inference of a knowing failure to register.
