¶ 23. In sum, we uphold defendant’s challenge based on the failure to meet the requirements of § 252(c). Without the explicit written notice required by law, defendant’s violation of probation cannot stand. Because we reverse on this ground, we do not reach the other claims defendant makes on appeal.3 Reversed.
