423 charsThe Riveros sublet the premises to the plaintiffs for a term to run from September 15, 1997, until May 31, 1998, with the consent and active participation of the defendants. Because the defendants were unwilling to accept the plaintiffs’ credit, they retained the Riveros’ security deposit, in the sum of $3700, and the Riveros, in turn, were paid that sum by the plaintiffs to replace their deposit made to the defendants.
