434 charsBISHOP, J. This an appeal by the defendants, David A. Scalzi, Anthony G. Scalzi and Celeste Scalzi, from the judgment of the trial court rendered upon the acceptance of a report by an attorney trial referee (referee) recommending judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Mary Fitzpatrick and Charles Morgan, the sublessors in this residential housing action for the return of a security deposit. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
