We would also independently be bound to follow Taylor I with respect to the question of dismissal both because it is the law of the case, King v. Driscoll, 424 Mass. 1, 7-8 (1996), and because it is stare decisis on the question whether the late payment of a security deposit requires dismissal of a suit like this under G. L. c. 186, § 15B(7).
