IV. Conclusion. The judgment is affirmed in part and reversed *113in part. The tenant has requested costs in connection with this appeal. He may submit an application for costs, with supporting documentation, to this court within fourteen days of the date of rescript. See Fabre v. Walton, 441 Mass. 9, 10-11 (2004). The landlord shall have fourteen days thereafter to respond. So ordered.
