Full Text
648 chars4 Aprea’s August 12, 2022 notice of appeal states she is appealing from the trial court’s June 16, 2022 order as a postjudgment order appealable under section 904.1, subdivision (a)(2). Because the July 25 amended judgment incorporated the amount of costs awarded in the June 16 order, we liberally construe Aprea’s appeal as one taken from the amended judgment. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.100(a)(2).) However, we do not consider the documents included in the parties’ appendices relating to motions for additional costs of enforcement filed after Aprea’s notice of appeal, including Nash and O’Connor’s request for a second amended judgment.
