           “A    I was saying that [defendant] is back with her abuser.
           “Q    And who do you mean by that?
           “A    Oscar.
           “Q    And what were you saying about the parking in that text message?
           “A    He’s still parking in the driveway.” (Italics added.)

           “Q. Do you believe that Oscar is a violent person?
           “A Yes.
           “Q Based on what?
           “A Based on the way he abuses [defendant]. . . . [¶] [¶] [¶]
           “Q . . . Why do you think [defendant] is also violent?
           “A Because she has fought other women outside of our property.
           “Q Are you afraid of Oscar?
           “A And [defendant], yes.”
