Moreover, even for tenants who have been lucky to find a lawyer, the landlord need only plead 9 and prove 10 the following items in order to win a judgment: (1) a description of the premises, (2) that the defendant is in possession of the premises, (3) that he entered upon them 'with force,' or unlawfully holds them 'with force,' 11 and (4) that the plaintiff is entitled to possession. 55
