REGARDING
DEFENDANT ASHLEE RIDDLE'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
This matter arises from Plaintiff Aaron Aldrich's attempt to evict Defendant Ashlee Riddle from a
"shared occupancy" pursuant to 9 V.S.A. §4467(h). Defendant disputes the "shared occupancy" status
of the parties and now moves for summary judgment under Rule 56. For the reasons set forth more
fully below, Defendant's motion is GRANTED.
