The tenant filed a motion to vacate the default, but (before the scheduled hearing on that motion) the tenant filed its voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in this Court, thus triggering 11 U.S.C. § 362’s automatic stay against continuation of the landlord-tenant proceeding and against enforcement of the judgment for possession.
