626 charsBecause we reverse summary judgment for the reasons discussed above, it would be premature for us to consider the applicable statute of limitations. Upon remand to the trial court, there will no longer be a final judgment in the case. Because any order or judgment entered by a trial court before a judgment becomes final and ap-pealable is interlocutory, State ex rel. Schweitzer v.
