392 charsIn Point II, Appellant argues the circuit court erred in entering judgment against it on its counterclaim because Appellant proffered uncontroverted evidence to support a prima facie breach of contract claim. Specifically, Appellant contends Ms. Tolliver materially breached the 2017 lease by remaining in the apartment until June 15 without paying full or partial rent for June. We disagree.
