327 chars13. Owner shall pay Kentucky business and occupation tax and severance tax imposed on it on account of the coal produced hereunder and sold by it. Unit shall pay all other taxes which may be imposed on or assessed against its operations hereunder, or the equipment or improvements placed upon the Premises by it. [[Image here]]
