The trial court awarded attorney fees to Indigo at the show cause hearing and at the hearing on Wadsworth’s motion for reconsideration. The court awarded these fees based upon the “prevailing party’ provision of the lease. Given our decision in this appeal, there is not yet a prevailing party in this matter. Accordingly, we vacate the trial court’s award of attorney fees.
