rent due through May 2014. Based on the extant circumstances of the indigent Tenant,
this Judgment shall be applied by Landlord as a credit to Tenant towards her future rents
until fully satisfied. Tenant's additional and conclusory application for legal counsel fees
without the submission of the governing Lease or any other evidence of counsel's time
and fees is denied without prejudice. The foregoing constitutes the decision, order and
judgment of the Court.
