This is an ejectment action brought by Plaintiff Barbara Giancola against Defendant William
Boyd for nonpayment of rent. On October 9, 2024, Defendant filed a motion to dismiss arguing
the tenancy was not properly terminated because the notice of termination did not contain language
compliant with the Vermont Consumer Protection Act. Plaintiff filed a response on October 31,
2024 and Defendant filed a reply on November 14, 2024. Standard of Review
