478 charsclothing,” “Mover them with plastic,” “[bjring out barrels to catch the drips,” and “tape off some areas where customers couldn’t get in there till we got it mopped and got it cleaned up.” Based upon the record, we affirm the trial court’s finding that “[a]lthough there was evidence the leaks were inconvenient, there was insufficient evidence to prove the property was not safe or unsuitable for its intended use.” Affirmed. Dalianis, Duggan, Hicks and CONBOY, JJ., concurred.
