The plaintiff asserts that the agreement should be approved because it
has “the exact same structure” as similar agreements approved by the trial
court in the past. However, in making this argument, the plaintiff disregards
the fact that, unlike the agreement at issue here, none of the other agreements
in the record contain explicit provisions regarding the future payment of
regular monthly rent.
