299 charsThe provisions of R.I.G.L. § 34-18-24(10) set forth the obligations imposed upon tenants. The first seven pertain to maintenance of the rental premises and utilities, as well as avoiding disturbances of neighbors. The remaining three obligations require the tenant to refrain from criminal activity.
